Meet The Board of Directors

LaToye Morris is a certified Event Planner and Coordinator, owner, and operator of Elaine Skyy Events LLC and Co-Founder of The Mahogany Manor. LaToye is a dedicated advocate for pushing self-care, balance and providing experiences that help to elevate the lives of African American women.

Jasmine has over 10-years of experience in teaching and curriculum development. She has led the data analysis team which analyzed student data and created a plan to increase student growth. Jasmine received her BA, Chemistry at Michigan State University and MS, Chemistry at the University of Detroit Mercy. She is a part of the National Association for Science Teachers and the Michigan Science Teachers Association.

A native of Jacksonville, Florida, Tiffany Griffin has a dance career that includes over 17 years as a performer and over 20 years as an instructor.  Her love for the performing arts led her to attend Florida State University as a dance major.  In addition to dance, Tiffany's experience includes serving as the Executive Assistant for a strategic management consulting firm and is the Co-Founder of The Mahogany Manor.  This has solidified her managing and organizational skills, as well as the ability to grow positive relationships with clients and colleagues at all organizational levels.

Linda is the Principal at The Ornsby Group and has over 20 years of professional auditing and accounting experience, working as a consultant within non-profit, real estate, and government industries. Linda holds a BBA, Accounting from Howard University, and an MBA from the University of Phoenix. She is a member of the AICPA and the Institute of Internal Auditors, and she serves as a Director for the Central Region of the National Association of Black Accountants, Inc.

Mack obtained a Bachelor's and Masters of Science in Computer Science from Oakland Univ. He has worked for large Silicon Valley-based companies for most of his 20-year career, including Sun Microsystems and Oracle Corporation. In parallel, Mack has built companies in the restaurant and technology sectors. 

Ryan has over 15 years of experience training young dancers. As an accomplished choreographer and performer, he brings a wealth of knowledge about the dance industry and what it takes to have a successful career in dance.
